Instructions: a. Muddle the peaches, basil, and honey in a cocktail shaker. b. Add crushed ice and shake well. c. Strain the mixture into champagne flutes, filling each glass halfway.

d. Top with chilled Prosecco and garnish with a basil leaf and a peach slice.

 

Watermelon Mint Cooler:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon chunks

  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz triple sec

  • Ice cubes
