Brick orange colour. Caramel and spicy nose. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with intense dried
fruits and very elegant spicy finish.
Manual Harvest. Destemming and grape pressing. Spontaneous fermentation, from an initial potential alcohol of 16g/L. Addition of brandy from own grapes and initiation of the maturation in stainless steel.
After 4 months in stainless still the decantation is complete and the wine separated. Ageing in used oak barrels of 2000L until December of 2016.
