This patchwork of climates and terroirs is the secret behind Ô: the grapes are slowly matured in perfect weather conditions and produce a crisp and elegantly balanced wine. This beautiful pale-pink colour blend of Grenache & Syrah is a refreshing and well-balanced rosé. It offers a gorgeous mélange of upfront citrus, bright spring flowers, rhubarb and ripe strawberry aromas that are framed by hints of crisp mouthwatering saline notes, finishing snappy and fresh. The red fruits are balanced by a crisp edge that will allow it to age for several months. Light salads, pasta and rice dishes, seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and goats’ cheeses.
