Quick Overview

The wine was aged in stainless steel barrels for 15 months so as not to obscure its distinctive Atacaman identity. It was neither clarified nor filtered and so is slightly cloudy. Aromas of melon and apricot which evolve while drinking. The characteristics of a fresh climate wine: edgy, less fruity than savoury with bright appley acidity, intense minerality and some saltiness on the finish, fine structure and texture and great length. 13% alc. A totally unique Chardonnay.
